40% carignan, 30% syrah, 20% grenache, 10% mourvèdre. Organically grown, hand-picked in crates, whole grapes, total carbonic maceration, use of indigenous yeasts, aged in two-wine demi-muid, traditional cork.

Appearance
A garnet-red colour with bright, limpid ruby highlights
Aroma
Pleasant, fine nose with dense fruit aromas: ripe mixed with earthy orange aromas. Very slightly woody.
Taste
On the palate, the fruit is soft and smooth with a very fine chocolate flavor, tannins and transparent acidity that don't sting. The very fine texture existed in a heavy wine, almost thick and unctuous.

The appellation Costières-de-Nîmes is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Château d'Or et de Gueules and its 0 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
