For 4 generations, the demoulin family has been making this highly distinctive tavel on a terroir of sand and pebbles made up of six traditional grape varieties. With its fruity attack and spicy finish, this delicate rosé is a perfect accompaniment to any meal.1% bourboulenc, 10% cinsault, 13% clairette, 60% grenache, 3% mourvèdre, 13% syrah. Integrated viticulture, manual and mechanical harvesting, use of sorting tables, total destemming, thermo-regulated fermentation, pre-fermentation cold maceration, stainless steel tank ageing, regular stirring of the lees, technical cork, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...), pebbly soils.
