This cuvée is a blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèvre, Cinsault and Counoise aged in vats. Nose: notes of liquorice spices. Palate: long, persistent finish. Color: deep red.

Appearance
Garnet-red color, clear and crystalline.
Aroma
A powerful, complex nose of spices and black fruits. It then opens up to notes of pepper, licorice, fennel, anise, black olives with thyme and blackcurrant berries.
