A cuvée that balances finesse and power, made from Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris grapes grown on a clay-limestone terroir. A new star that boldly and courageously shows itself to be a little Gaul... 60% sauvignon gris, 40% sauvignon. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, oak barrel fermentation, regular stirring of the lees, oak barrel ageing, light filtration, clay-limestone soils.
