An exceptional winemaker and multiple award-winner, alain brumont has created a style that expresses the alchemy between a grape variety, a terroir and the know-how of men. In the heart of Gascony, he has restored the prestige of madiran and tannat, its king grape variety. This côtes de gascogne composed of 2 grape varieties which are gros manseng and sauvignon, is a balanced wine typical of the region. It is aged on fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Pleasure guaranteed.
the wine:its color is pale yellow. On the nose, the wine expresses citrus and yellow fruit flavors, with some floral notes that are characteristic of Sauvignon, and is balanced, with plenty of freshness from the gros Manseng grape. On the palate, the combination of these 2 grape varieties develops aromas of grapefruit and exotic friuts. The finish is lively and full of energy.
Storage and pairingThis Côtes de Gascogne should be drunk young, but can be kept for up to 3 years. Serve at a temperature of 10°. This is a wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, but can also accompany any type of meal.
