The fact that this Barbera is barrel-aged means it goes perfectly with all pasta dishes with tomato sauce. Purple in color. Intense cherry and berry fragrance. Crisp cherry and elderberry fruit on the palate. Fine tannins and fruit acids. Rigatoni au gratin with broccoli, olives and pancetta. The wine is aged for around 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
