The winemaker
La Cave de Matteo Correggia produces a range of wines with grapes derived from 20 hectares of vines. The wines are son of soil where the vines are rooted: sandy soils poor in clay and silt, but rich in mineral veils and thus suitable for producing elegant wines as rich and refined bouquets. Correggia Matteo inherited the basement of his family in 1985 and decided to carry out an ambitious project which is to make and produce quality wines in a territory underestimated. Today the cave is managed by Ornella Costa, Matteo's wife, who died very soon.
