The concept behind this project is that of "open architecture," the integration of the building with the surrounding territory to improve the sustainable development process and work. The project has already produced a new bottling line, high speed highly effective for sparkling wines; a colossal automated warehouse; a logistics center in comprehensive service that will be complemented by the addition of new high-tech lines; and a majestic park that will provide harmony in the frantic work in progress that takes place. The area is set to be transformed into a true residential area that will bring great benefits to employees, their work and the whole community.
