The winemaker
The Piedmont area Maeli is central to the concerns of its winemaker Elisa Dilavanzo. This passion has extensively studied its soil before embarking on this adventure to find it THE perfect grape. Ultimately, it is about fior of Arancio (yellow muscat) that his choice was. It is grown on volcanic soil rich in chalk and agile. The vineyard has recently been working with the help of his brothers Gianluca and Desiderio Bisol, who encouraged in the search for new expression of the vineyard.
