Manduria, located on the Ionian Sea, is synonymous with the highest-quality, most expressive primitivos in Puglia. Powerful, full-bodied and complex, with intense aromas of ripe fruit such as cherries, plums and blackberries. Smooth with a pleasant tannic structure. Hand-harvested, followed by traditional red vinification for two weeks at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with regular pumping-over to enhance extraction of aromas and supple tannins. The wine is aged for 4 to 6 months in oak barrels, then matured in stainless steel vats before bottling. allergene:enthält sulfite
