Produced from grapes harvested on the hillsides of the prosecco superiore docg valdobbiadene terroir, this fine sparkling wine expresses the quintessence of the winery and the grapes from which it comes. To produce this prosecco, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented without skins; the wine then undergoes a second fermentation using the charmat method. A straw-yellow color with greenish highlights and a floral nose with intense aromas of green apple and exotic fruit make this prosecco a soft, velvety, sparkling wine with fine, persistent perlage. The design of the bottle is inspired by the characteristics of the wine it contains, and represents a perfect synthesis of the two. In 1887, love and passion for the land led master winemaker Francesco Mionetto to open a winery in the gently rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco vineyards. Over the course of its century-long history, mionetto has established itself as the region's flagship, and has become one of the leading prosecco producers on the international scene. Passion, tradition and excellence are the core values of this house with its inimitable style.
