Beautiful ruby-red color. Fine berry notes combine with spicy aromas. Harmonious, supple, smooth. The grapes are gently pressed in a single-varietal process and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 16 days at controlled temperatures. After blending, the young wine is aged in oak barrels before bottling at optimum maturity. Founded in 1843 by attilio carlo santi, the santi winery focused from the outset on Verona classics such as soave, bardolino, valpolicella and amarone. Even today, santi enjoys a high reputation as a producer of excellent wines. The experience and skill of well-trained oenologists give rise to special wines which, on the one hand, represent typical regional traditions and, on the other, are adapted to modern consumer preferences.
