A fine wine with a typical ruby-red color. Pure bouquet of violets and redcurrant notes. Harmonious, fine, fruity expression on the palate. The vines grow in good locations in the Veneto region, with strong exposure to the sun. After harvest, the grapes are quickly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25-27°c. The wine is bottled young to fully develop the fresh fruitiness of the wines. The casa vinicola botter winery was founded in 1928 by carlo botter in fossalta di piave, 30 km northeast of venice. With the arrival of the second generation, the founder's sons arnaldo, enzo and giovanni in 1958, the wines were marketed in bottles. Today, botter is run by the third generation of different family tribes, and exports account for around 90% of production in over 40 countries.
