The estate/house/cellar
in puissalicon, between béziers and pézenas, the domaine bassac continues the family tradition of exacting standards and rigor in the production of authentic wines. Respect for the necessary harmony between terroir, grape variety and climate is at the heart of the estate's concerns, which follow the principles of organic farming. The "je t'aime" cuvée is composed of 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
the winehas a slightly pronounced red color. On the nose, aromas of crushed red fruits ( strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry) accompanied by delicate aromas of crème brûlée, invade our palate... On the palate, tender flavors of cooked fruit and toasted almonds round out the finish. A charming, gourmet wine.
Ageing and food pairingLe vin je t'aime can be enjoyed now, but can also be kept for 5 to 8 years. It will go perfectly with a casserole of confit pork cheek, red meats and also some exotic dishes.
