In a few words ...
Grapes are pressed at low pressure using a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled cement and stainless steel vats (between 16 and 18°C). The wine is aged in vats for 6 to 8 months. After blending, the wine is fined, filtered, stabilized and bottled at the château. 75% Semillon Sauvignon blanc 15% (white Sauvignon) 10% Muscadelle
