Located in the south of France, in the Occitanie region, in the Hérault department, on a 27-hectare estate, Émile et Rose benefits from the sandy-clay character of the vineyards in the communes of Corneilhan and Pailhes. The color of this rosé is very contemporary, moderately intense with beautiful peach highlights. The nose evokes lime blossom and red berries such as wild strawberry and cranberry. The palate has the same range of strawberry, blackberry and redcurrant, with the delicate addition of Espelette pepper and a surprising finish of cape gooseberry. The whole blends with finesse to produce a thirst-quenching rosé.
