In a few words ...

The city of Sybaris, a Greek colony in southern Italy around 700 BC, was extremely wealthy and opulent: wheat and wine harvests, wool and cloth trading. Larousse: sybarite: ajd. and noun. "One who seeks the refined pleasures of an existence spent in luxury". This cuvée is the result not only of a plot-by-plot selection, but also of a blending selection, with only the best barrels retained to make this emblematic cuvée of Aurélien Chatagnier's savoir-faire.
