In a few words ...

Lampe de Méduse, with its singular shape, is the house's iconic and historic cuvée. Since 1950, it has represented the core production of our estate wines. The bottle is the brainchild of Baroness de Rasque de Laval. VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested on a conveyor belt to prevent berry deterioration, then carefully sorted and de-stemmed. Loading of pneumatic presses by gravity and protected from oxygen, thus preserving the full potential of the harvest. Cold settling of musts for 5 to 10 days, depending on grape variety, and settling to obtain clear juices. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 to 14 days, with temperature control. Aged on lees in tanks with stirring.

A red wine we like to share. With a lovely texture and hints of chocolate, it's an intense, gourmet wine with a long finish. Appearance Crimson red with garnet highlights Nose Intense, rich, with notes of wild berries and chocolate. Mouth Beautiful structure, elegant, generous tannins Ready to drink, it could age for several more years!

Super rosé, never disappointed year after year. Fruity and dry, perfectly balanced, drinks itself... I'd drink it every day if it were a little cheaper!

Very pretty rosé, with citrus, mineral and floral notes. No metallic or bitter taste.
