Les Herses is a wine bursting with character that is cultivated on the hill of Sancerre, in a very particular plot of land that thrives on clay-flint soils. This 100% Pinot Noir red wine is resolutely elegant and fully manifests the unique characteristics of its grape variety and terroir.
Appearance
Its deeply coloured and intense robe is shot through with purple tints.
Aroma
Floral notes stand out in the bouquet to begin with, giving way to just ripe berries (woodland strawberries, raspberries) which endow the wine with a deliciously indulgent fragrance.
