Origin: A blend of parcels planted in the communes of Vacqueyras, Rasteau (Crus), Roaix and Séguret (Côtes-du-Rhône Villages). It is this blend that has given the name cuvée "Quatre Terres". Organically grown. Grape varieties: Grenache 70%, Syrah 15%, Mourvèdre 10%, Carignan, Cinsault, Clairette 5%. Vinification: Hand-picked with strict sorting, gentle maceration. Partial destemming. Aging: On lees, in old oak barrels and foudres. Soils: Vacqueyras: sandy slopes. Roaix: sand and saffron. Séguret: alluvial clay-limestone terraces. Rasteau: ancient terraces with pebbles, red limestone soils on sandstone.
