In a few words ...
Assembly : 100% gamay vinification : Hand-harvested, the grapes are sorted and destemmed. It is vinified separately in vats, then aged entirely in oak barrels for around 1 year. TASTING : windmill "clos de rochegrès" has an attractive crimson color, slightly tinged with garnet. The nose is very fine, with floral notes (peony, rose) and hints of roasted coffee. The palate is generous and tender, thanks to the elegance and persistence of the tannins.
