Sustainable viticulture, hand-picked harvest by successive sorting, use of sorting tables, partial carbonic maceration, crushing, pumping-over, barrel ageing, blending, traditional cork, ageing in French barrels, clay soils, limestone soils, clay-limestone soils, clay-gravel soils, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...).
