Wine enthusiast 2019: millesime 2018 � 86points vineyard located in the golden triangle (cuers, puget ville and pierrefeu), recognized as one of the best terroirs for the elaboration of cotes de provence. Very stony soils with a red sandy-clay matrix enable the grapes to reach perfect ripeness while preserving a beautiful balance. The grapes are grown using environmentally-friendly methods. The Mediterranean climate, swept by the Mistral wind, does not generate high phytosanitary pressure, thus limiting the need for treatments. Harvesting takes place exclusively at night, between 4am and 9am, to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes. The plots are inspected once a week to ensure perfect ripeness. Pink and white: direct pressing of the grapes in the absence of oxygen is followed by fermentation at low temperatures and ageing on fine lees to confer fatness and complexity. Red: the grapes are skimmed then crushed before being vatted for 3 weeks, during which they are worked daily (remontages�). The ma�tres vignerons de saint-tropez carry out the final stabilizing treatments before bottling. This final stage is carried out under optimum conditions, using state-of-the-art technical equipment to preserve the quality of the wines. clear color with brilliant highlights, a floral nose with notes of white-fleshed fruit, a gourmet palate with citrus aromas. Ideal as an aperitif or with mixed salads.
