In a few words ...
Generally, our Petit Chablis plots are harvested during the second half of the harvest, to give the grapes a few extra days to reach full maturity. The first bottling of Petit Chablis takes place between 6 and 8 months after harvest, and the final bottling takes 10 months. A very fresh, aromatic wine, Petit Chablis has a lively, fruity nose with a hint of apple and citrus. The palate is round and fresh.
