A 100% SYRAH cuvée, made from the estate's young vines (8 - 10 years old). The short ageing period (6 months), in old barrels only, has preserved the fruit and typicity of the grape variety. This wine, with its aromas of violets and red fruit, is spicy and delicious, and should be drunk within two years.
