the estate/house/cellar:
located in mèze, the domaine morin langaran has dominated the thau basin for over six centuries. The morin family took over the reins in 1966 and crafts a range of wines expressing the unique character of this languedoc terroir. This picpoul de pinet is born of piquepoul, the white grape variety whose grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness and rich aromas. A dry white wine that delights the palate with its liveliness and iodized fragrances!
the wine:it is clothed in a brilliant yellow color tinged with green nuances. Its aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit are distinguished by their freshness. This freshness is echoed on the palate with lemony, floral flavors and the subtle iodine taste typical of the appellation. A mineral finish with a hint of salinity completes the tasting pleasure.
Ageing and food pairing:ready to be enjoyed, its aromatic characteristics make it the wine of choice to accompany Bouzigues oysters, but also sushi, shellfish and crustaceans.
