VINE PRUNING : Syrah guyot, Carignan, Grenache and Mourvèdre: gobelet PRODUCTION : 35 HL / HA Hand-harvested VINIFICATION : De-stemming on arrival at the winery, traditional vinification, Aged in 225 L, 400 L and 600 L barrels for 12 months.

Dark garnet with violet highlights, brilliant color.
Aroma
The nose is dominated by ripe fruit (blackcurrants, blackberries) and a subtle hint of garrigue.
