Roero arneis is a light yellow with beautiful green highlights. Its intense bouquet reveals floral aromas as well as stimulating notes of tropical fruit. Chilled to 10°c, this wonderfully structured, well-balanced white wine is a delight with antipasti and fish dishes of all kinds. The pleasant harvest was gently pressed and fermented for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 18°c. The wine was then aged at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for several months.
