In a few words ...
Delicate, rich aromas of red berries and exotic fruit. Beautiful structure, dry, elegant, harmonious and pleasant. The grapes ripen in the Larzac foothills, at an altitude of around 160 meters, on clay-limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, then vinified in the traditional way. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, and the wine is aged in stainless steel vats. The winery was founded in 1950 as a winegrowers' cooperative to improve outlets and winemaking efficiency. The aim then, as now, was to have a well-equipped winery and a technically modern, high-performance production facility. The vineyards lie at the foot of the Larzac mountains, some 160 meters above sea level. A dry summer climate limits yields. Rigorous discipline, both at harvest and in the cellar, enables us to produce wines under optimum conditions. Allergene:enthält sulfite
