Traditional vinification, ageing in stainless steel and enamel vats, pneumatic pressing, settling in temperature-controlled vats. Total temperature control during fermentation by a system of flags in each container. Racking and blending at the end of April. Bottling between April and September.

This wine has a pale gold color with white highlights.

A complex, fresh, fruity nose reveals notes of ripe pears and citrus fruit, as well as honey, spices and acacia flowers.
