Aroma
On the nose, very complex aromas of preserved lemon, crushed stone, minerals and freshness. On aeration, the wine becomes drier, focusing on lemon and mineral flavors.

Powerful citrus and honey on the palate, with a slightly sweet, creamy attack of cooked citrus, pineapple, mango, lemon balm, which then returns to acidity. Incredible length.
