Passionate winemakers Jean-jacques, rémi bonnet and vincent pineau run domaine bonnet-huteau, a family property for over 150 years, in the heart of the sèvre et maine appellation. They strive to develop the full range of flavors of high-expression Muscadet and the minerality of each terroir (gneiss, micaschist, amphibolite and granite). The viticulture, respectful of the soil and nature, is now carried out biodynamically (certified biodyvin). Respect for mankind, the environment and nature are very important points in the estate's approach and day-to-day work. In the vineyards, the winemakers' aim is to encourage the life of the soil and the vines' natural defenses through organic and biodynamic viticulture, which allows the wines to express their minerality and finesse.
