In a few words ...
A real revelation this year, the infusion range from the Labourdonnais rum distillery is a pleasure to taste. The distillery has a wide variety of fruits and herbs at its disposal, thanks to the estate's orchards. The two seasons on Mauritius mean that the producer has to grow different crops and therefore produce limited collections of infused rums. Once harvested, the fruit infuses for a long time in the white rum before being sweetened by the addition of cane syrup, also produced locally.
