The winemaker

Founded in 1937, the Domaine E. de Montmollin Fils was taken in 1982 by the 3rd generation conduit and modernizing. In 2011, Jean-Michel took over the business under the name Domaine de Montmollin SA and is assisted by his son Benoit. Passionate vine from a young age, Benoit was formed from the best Swiss winemakers to perfect their knowledge and learn new oenological techniques. With its expertise, the entire area is cultivated according to the dictates of biodynamics. From 1 January 2017, Benoit and his sister Rachel Billeter-Montmollin, representing the fourth generation, took over the head of the field. They grow and manage an area of ​​nearly 50 hectares and 10 different varieties that make it one of the largest vineyards in the canton of Neuchâtel. fruity bouquet, finesse and roundness are at the heart of their research to accompany the dishes with the finest and for purpose .... pleasure.
