    In a few words ...

Syrah and Grenache vines between 8 and 30 years old. Each grape variety is vinified separately, using traditional methods, de-stemmed, with long vatting periods. Aged for 12 months in barrels (70% new). This Wine is the result of the Love, Patience and Rigor of the Winemaker, who respects his Earth thanks to a natural method of cultivating the vines using medicinal plants and essential oils.

The color, though already evolved, retains a beautiful intensity. On the nose, ripe black fruit with a touch of licorice or aniseed. On the palate, the wine is complex, with a predominance of tannins that give the finish a somewhat bitter, almondy note.
