Some just drink wine, while others appreciate passion. Then there are those who love so much that they start their own winery. That's exactly what Tim and Steph Busch did in 2002 when they opened Trinitas Cellars. Trinitas is a true family business, as it is currently run by his son and daughter-Garrett and Betsy Busch with the participation of all family members. Trinitas Cellars celebrates the connection between the sun, earth and humanity, offering a variety of Northern California wines. Wine has played an important role throughout human history and Trinitas Cellars is passionate about continuing the celebration. Trinitas is a beautiful and elegant tasting room located in the basement at Meritage Resort and Spa, offering personalized flight Trinitas wine and red wine and chocolate pairings craftsman day. Guests of the cellar are invited to stroll through the eight acres of vineyard and visit the iconic statue "Crusher Man" located above the cave. Guests of the cellar are also invited to dine at the restaurant where you can enjoy Siena cork throughout the Trinitas wine bottles.
