Our passion is our "violon d'ingres", and it keeps us fully occupied, generation after generation. For these first cuvées, we wanted them to be precise, gourmand and strikingly fresh... 60% caladoc, 20% merlot, 20% syrah. Sustainable viticulture, night harvesting, fermentation in cement vats with epoxy resin, thermo-regulated fermentation, direct pressing, settling, technical cork, silty soils.
