Assembly : 100% pinot noir vinification : this premier cru is vinified in vats (de-stemmed grapes) for around 3-4 weeks to obtain optimum expression of the terroir. It is then placed in oak barrels for around 18-20 months. TASTING : this vosne romanée 1er cru "les suchots" is a mellow, concentrated wine with velvety tannins and low acidity. This long-lasting wine is highly aromatic, with cherry, strawberry and undergrowth aromas.
