Managed by david reynaud since 2000, the domaine produces certified organic and biodynamic wines. The estate extends over 27 hectares of vines, on a terroir of clay-limestone terraces and pebbles.350m is made from Syrah grapes aged between 20 and 30 years, grown on a granite plateau 350 meters above sea level on the right bank of the Rhone. Harvested by hand, the grapes are sorted on the vine and on a sorting table when they arrive at the winery. Traditional vinification is carried out in vats, with a vatting period of 28 to 32 days with punching down. Ageing lasts 12 months in demi-muids (30%) and béton vats (70%).cépage : 100% syrah

The appellation Saint-Joseph is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine les Bruyeres - David Reynaud and its 2 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
