The winemaker

Bodega Noemía is the fruit of the collaboration between Danish winemaker Hans Vinding-Fiers and Countess Noemi Marone Cinzano. The rediscovery of a small plot (1.5 hectares) of old pre-phylloxera malbec vines planted in the Rio Negro valley in the 1930s marked the beginning of their collaboration in Argentina. All of Bodega Noemía's production (4,000 cases) is made by hand. All vines are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, and the estate is Argencert-certified. Bodega Noemía creates malbecs that are rich, complex, concentrated, elegant and authentic.
