Our family settled in the northern Rhône in 2011. Passionate about wine and gourmet, our emblem represents these temptations, our love and respect for the land that stands the test of time. That's why we work our land biodynamically. Indigenous yeasts, 100% stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit. History of the label: Winter 1870, Parisians under siege from the Prussians. Short of food, famine rages, butchers sell donkeys and rats. The 'Jardin des plantes' hands over its animals to Chef Choron for Christmas: elephant broth, roast camel, wolf's haunch with venison sauce... The most unlikely menu in history!

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Famille De Boel-France and its 6 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
