In a few words ...
Rich, complex and airy. Its blend is based on wines from at least three to four years of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the best Champagne terroirs. This unique combination produces a wine with fine bubbles, a golden color and subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruit. Low in dosage and kept for at least six months after disgorgement, this champagne offers a balanced, pleasant structure on the palate that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal.To the eye, pale gold reflections mingle with very fine bubbles that give rise to an abundant, persistent mousse.on the nose, this cuvée exhales aromas of pear and dried fruit (almonds, fresh hazelnuts), blending with hints of white flowers and light brioche accents.on the palate, the attack is frank and lively. It gives way to a round wine of restrained power, a guarantee of long ageing in traditional cellars.
