Our Blanc de Blancs, produced in limited quantities and only in exceptional vintages, perfectly expresses all the nobility of Chardonnay from the finest Côte des Blancs vintages. Its long ageing in the cellar, its remarkably mineral structure and its low dosage make it a top-flight wine, equally at home on a gourmet table or on its own as a distinguished aperitif.

Pale gold, bright and brilliant, with fine, abundant bubbles.
Aroma
Racy, it is both open and intense, and immediately generous, with delicate, noble notes of hawthorn, mirabelle plum, white peach, almond and exotic fruit.
