Golden color with green highlights typical of a blanc de blancs, fine bubbles and delicate mousse.
Aroma
This is a champagne with aromas typical of the great blanc de blancs, with a concentrated, spicy, floral nose. On aeration, it develops sweeter notes of viennoiserie.

Well-spiced: anise, cardamom and hints of graphite, this well-structured champagne evokes ripe iced apricot and reveals notes of dried papaya. Savory flavors of chopped nuts and toast.
