In a few words ...
Once the harvest had been carefully sorted, vinification began in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, at a constant temperature of around 18°C. After three weeks of alcoholic fermentation, part (40%) of the cuvée was placed in barrels before final blending.

Appearance
Appearance: beautiful, deep golden yellow color.
Aroma
Nose: very expressive, almost exuberant and seductive, with woody, vanilla aromas. Nose tinged with honey and white flowers. Some citrus notes.

Palate: delicate and fragrant, balanced and ample. Its fatness and woody nuances bear witness to its time in barrel.
