In a few words ...
Fausse Piste was born on 2 hectares of old Carignan vines in the heart of the garrigue. A poorly maintained path, minimal intervention, a magical terroir, no unnecessary additions and above all a GREAT grape variety: Carignan! From the estate's oldest gobelets (80 years old) on Villafranchian terroir. Hand-harvested. Traditional 3-week vinification. Aged for at least 1 year in vats before bottling. Low-sulfite bottling.
