Ten-year-old vines harvested on Villafranchian terroir. The plot is 2.30 hectares, producing 1,000 bottles per year. Hand-picked very early in the morning. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats. Very short maceration with daily pumping-over. Low-sulfite bottling in spring.
