Between Vougeot and Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, the small commune of Chambolle-Musigny takes its name from an ancient Celtic village: Cambola. A small appellation planted exclusively with Pinot Noir, it is one of the jewels of the Côte and of Burgundy's heritage. The Premier Cru "Les Sentiers" is located north of the village of Chambolle, just beside the climat "Les Baudes" below "Les Bonnes Mares", and has a clay-siliceous soil of limestone slabs over white marl.

Fine, elegant nose. Very fresh aromas of red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, Morello cherry and a touch of violet.
