Laurent-Perrier has made the demanding choice of rarely vintage, selecting only the best years, to make Brut Millésimé a rare and exceptional wine that expresses the character of a year in Laurent-Perrier style. 2007 began with an exceptionally mild winter, followed by a summery spring. The early harvest, which began at the end of August, produced a generous crop of grapes of excellent ripeness and quality.
