Jean-François Lespinasse has owned the estate since 1981. In 2008, he converted to organic viticulture, and since then, he feels he's changed his profession by taking a greater interest in the plant and its relationship with the soil. Barrel-ageing gives this Graves woody, toasty aromas. A silky wine that goes perfectly with fish and shellfish.
A very open nose with notes of exotic fruit, confirmed on the palate with good tension and lightly toasted notes.
